Through peer advocacy and case management, a dedicated peer specialist helps strengthen the sober living environment by promoting structure, accountability, and connection while ensuring residents feel supported in their day-to-day recovery journey.

Multi-Level Support for Sustainable Recovery Environments

We work at every level of the sober living structure—supporting house managers, facilitating resident communication, and bridging leadership—to create cohesive, recovery-focused communities where everyone has the support they need to thrive.

House Manager Supervision

Weekly supervision meetings with house managers provide guidance, accountability, and problem-solving at the community level. Peer specialists help managers navigate challenges, implement best practices, and maintain consistency in house operations and recovery culture.

Community Facilitation

Peer specialists engage directly with your community in weekly house meetings or as needed to foster communication, address issues as they arise, and reinforce a culture of recovery within the household. This presence helps normalize healthy conflict resolution and keeps the community aligned with recovery principles.

Leadership Liaison

Serve as a bridge between house managers and owners, ensuring clear, consistent communication across all levels of leadership. This connection helps address systemic issues, align expectations, and maintain operational standards that support resident success.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT OPTIONS

Individual Resident Check-Ins

Optional one-on-one check-ins are available for residents to assess individual needs, troubleshoot conflicts, and address obstacles within the sober living dynamic. By bridging residents, staff, and ownership, this service helps create a healthier, more stable living environment where clients can thrive.
